Are you looking for a bidding partner, and if so, what capabilities should they provide?
We have capabilities/experience in the areas of HPM system development and the types of HPM/Laser control systems apparently of interest to DETEC. We also have capabilities/experience with health-monitoring systems including those based on ultra-fast neural-network technology. We are open to prime/team/subcontract opportunities. THerefore, we are flexible in what we are looking for from a bidding partner.
