Please note the restricted website is reserved for members of the DETEC team including PEO STRI, Service Deputies, Lead System Integrator (LSI), and IPT members. Capability developers will also be provided access to specific areas once they are on contract. The registration approval process includes confirmation that the requestor has signed the appropriate IPT charter acknowledgement form or the SAIC Organizational Conflict of Interest (OCI) Mitigation Plan. These documents are available via email by submitting a request to detec@saic.com.

Those documents that are not procurement sensitive and that are of value to potential capability providers or other interested parties will be put in the public area for access.
